Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including OS, printers, and peripherals
- Assist with network setup, security protocols, and system maintenance
- Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Train users on new software and technology implementations
- Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues
Qualifications
