Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Log and manage incoming support tickets in our ticketing system (ServiceNow).
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Assist with software installations and user onboarding/offboarding.
- Document technical solutions and maintain up-to-date knowledge bases.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- CompTIA A+ certification is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
