Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new devices and workstations.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions in the IT help desk system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and network concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications within 6 months of hire.
