Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems (Zendesk/Jira).
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve common software issues and user access problems.
- Manage inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and network maintenance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science or related field a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
