As an Entry Level IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our internal clients, ensuring our systems run smoothly and efficiently. We provide comprehensive training to help you excel in your role.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist with the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to improve system performance and user experience.
- Conduct basic system backups and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent IT training is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
