Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Log and manage incoming IT support tickets in the help desk system efficiently.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Conduct basic network diagnostics and resolve connectivity problems.

Qualifications
