Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems for clients
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote accessDocument technical issues and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Conduct routine system maintenance and security updates
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
