Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, printers, and network devices.
- Respond to incoming help desk tickets via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to diagnose complex technical problems and implement solutions.
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure staff proficiency with internal systems and software applications.
- Perform regular system updates, patch management, and security checks to maintain network integrity.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent technical certification).
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues logically.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
