Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems efficiently.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system for future reference.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to learn new systems and best practices.
- Perform routine hardware checks and updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees regarding IT policies and tools.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
