Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 Technical Support: Assist employees with hardware and software troubleshooting via phone and email.
- Asset Management: Help maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on company computers, printers, and network infrastructure.
- Customer Assistance: Offer clear, patient guidance to non-technical staff to resolve common IT queries.
- Documentation: Accurately log all support tickets and issues in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We prioritize attitude and aptitude over tenure.
- Skills: Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work full-time hours.
