Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure uptime.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work in a hybrid office setting.
