Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Assist in the deployment and management of local area networks (LAN) and wireless networks.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement IT best practices and security standards.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS) and common protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed.
