Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal employees and clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and network connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and peripherals.
- Assist in the maintenance of office IT infrastructure and hardware inventory.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical problems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
