Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for 500+ employees
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS hardware and software
- Document all IT incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network infrastructure projects
- Conduct employee training on new software deployments and security protocols
- Monitor system health and perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Adhere to ITIL best practices and cybersecurity compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ certifications preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly with minimal supervision
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- Willingness to obtain required certifications during paid training
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional equipment transport
