Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and processes in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new software updates and security patches.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Willingness to obtain industry certifications (CompTIA A+) upon hiring.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
