Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac platforms.
- Assist with network connectivity problems and printer configuration.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to deploy new software updates and patches.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
