Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming support tickets and emails in a timely, professional manner.
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues for clients and internal staff.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and procedures in our internal knowledge base.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical users to explain complex technical concepts.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to learn new technologies and improve support processes.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for occasional on-site support).
