Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems across client environments
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via ticketing system and remote support
- Implement security patches and vulnerability assessments
- Document network topologies and IT infrastructure configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud migration projects
- Provide end-user training on productivity tools
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent technical certification
- 1-2 years of internship/volunteer IT experience
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
