Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for 50+ corporate users via phone, email, and in-person
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows/macOS workstations and peripheral devices
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for IT assets and procedures
- Collaborate with senior engineers on security patch deployments and compliance audits
- Support cloud applications including Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (willing to train)
- Fundamental knowledge of OS troubleshooting, networking basics, and security protocols
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in a server room environment
- Valid Minnesota driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) a plus
