Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person assistance
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems, printers, and peripherals
- Manage user accounts and access permissions across Active Directory
- Install and patch operating systems and business applications
- Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions in ServiceNow
- Assist with network monitoring and basic troubleshooting
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy management
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues systematically
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
