Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user issues via remote support and on-site assistance
- Deploy and configure workstations, servers, and cloud services (Azure/AWS)
- Document incidents, changes, and knowledge base articles
- Conduct security audits and implement access controls
- Assist with system migrations and technology refresh projects

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
