Responsibilities
- Deliver tier-1 technical support for 500+ enterprise users via phone, chat, and remote access
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations, peripherals, and network devices
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues using ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Execute security protocols including patch management and endpoint protection
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams on Azure/O365 implementations
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent certification (CompTIA A+)
- 3+ months of internship or help desk experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals and OSI model
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud services
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server environments
