Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including switches and firewalls
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and security protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and remote support
- Assist with cloud service management (AWS/Azure) and cybersecurity measures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking principles
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
