Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve system issues via remote and onsite support
- Deploy and configure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base
- Collaborate with senior IT on system upgrades and security protocols
- Monitor network performance and report anomalies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, and hardware troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer service focus
- CompTIA A+ certification (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in standing/walking positions
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional onsite visits
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
