Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex IT issues
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic troubleshooting
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent certification
- 1+ years of hands-on IT experience (internships acceptable)
- Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in a physical server environment
