Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across 150+ endpoints
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/macOS workstations and peripherals
- Assist with network administration tasks including switch/router configuration
- Document IT procedures and maintain asset inventory databases
- Collaborate with senior team on cybersecurity protocols and compliance
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ certifications preferred
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and Active Directory
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud applications
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work with cabling/infrastructure
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- Pass background check and drug screening
