Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will involve supporting our team and maintaining our IT systems. You will work closely with senior engineers to learn best practices in network administration and system security.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, and printers.
- Monitor and respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement software updates and security patches.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets and equipment.
- Support the installation and troubleshooting of local area networks (LAN) and wireless networks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
