Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our helpdesk ticketing system.
- Monitor system performance and alert the team to potential security risks.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new software updates and patches.
- Conduct basic user training sessions on company software and tools.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree is a plus).
- Basic computer literacy (Windows and Mac operating systems).
- Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.
