Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to improve our internal processes and service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer hardware components.
