Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems
- Document all support tickets and resolutions in IT service management tools
- Assist with cybersecurity awareness training and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Participate in system upgrades and maintenance projects
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and equipment
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and security protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy

- CompTIA A+ certification preferred but not required
