Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to resolve hardware/software issues for internal teams
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Monitor network performance and implement security protocols
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate IT inventory
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Train employees on new technology tools and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and cybersecurity
