Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, chat, and remote desktop
- Diagnose hardware/software issues following SOPs
- Document ticket resolutions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex escalations
- Complete weekly training modules and certification prep
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation
- Participate in daily stand-ups and retrospectives
