Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and peripheral devices
- Assist with network diagnostics, security protocols, and cloud service integration
- Document IT incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system upgrades and maintenance
- Train end-users on new software deployments and security best practices
Qualifications
