Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop computers and peripherals
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues using diagnostic tools
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate support ticket records
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices and system security protocols
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure upgrades and projects
- Deliver user training and documentation for new technologies
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and Active Directory
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
