Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 200+ employee workstations
- Implement and maintain Windows/macOS environments and Active Directory
- Support cloud infrastructure including Azure and Microsoft 365
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with network troubleshooting and security protocols
- Manage hardware lifecycle and asset inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to lift 30lbs for hardware deployments
