Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows and macOS environments
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and access controls
- Manage Active Directory, cloud services (Azure/O365), and network infrastructure
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Provide Tier 1-2 support via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Deploy and maintain desktop/laptop hardware and peripherals
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system integrations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficiency with Windows OS, network troubleshooting, and basic scripting
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment deployments
