Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Manage user accounts and access permissions in Active Directory
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations using imaging tools
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Assist with network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN, switches)
- Support cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure AD)
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 30lbs for hardware maintenance
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
