Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of IT tickets and support requests in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to identify and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Conduct routine system checks and perform basic maintenance to ensure uptime.
- Guide end-users through standard IT procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and office software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain industry-recognized IT certifications (we assist with training costs).
- Reliable transportation and ability to work occasional onsite shifts.
