Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux operating systems and network devices
- Document IT service requests, incidents, and solutions in our ticketing system
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols including patch management and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical escalations
- Conduct routine system maintenance and performance optimization
- Train end-users on IT best practices and security awareness
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Windows 10/11 and Linux command-line operations
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
