Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to resolve hardware/software issues across company systems
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop equipment and peripherals
- Assist with network troubleshooting and basic security protocols
- Document technical procedures and maintain support ticket systems
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and maintenance
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person support
- Participate in IT infrastructure monitoring and basic preventive maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; IT certification preferred (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting tools
