Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across client systems
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure and peripherals
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote access
- Document all troubleshooting steps and solutions in ticketing systems

Qualifications
