Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Assist with network connectivity troubleshooting and basic security protocols
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventory
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication
- Support office AV equipment and video conferencing systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- Valid California driver's license (required for occasional site visits)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
