Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across 150+ employees
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices using enterprise imaging tools
- Monitor and maintain security protocols including antivirus updates and patch management
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for internal use
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects including Azure cloud migrations
- Manage helpdesk ticket queues with SLA adherence and customer satisfaction focus
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent technical certification
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking
- Familiarity with helpdesk software (ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk) preferred
- Strong troubleshooting methodology with ability to diagnose hardware/software issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer service mindset
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification highly desirable
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment pickups at vendor locations
