Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS operating systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN/WLAN)
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices and incident response
- Train end-users on software applications and security protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Basic knowledge of cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (required for occasional site visits)
