Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Monitor and maintain system performance using monitoring tools
- Document IT procedures, solutions, and asset inventory
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and projects
- Implement security protocols and access controls
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 20 lbs and work in varied environments
