Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices and data protection protocols
- Document IT processes and create user training materials
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Manage helpdesk ticketing system and prioritize user requests
- Support cloud applications and virtual environments
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking concepts, and cybersecurity
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
