Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users efficiently.
- Configure and manage company workstations, mobile devices, and printers.
- Assist in maintaining the local area network (LAN) and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Update technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in system updates, patch management, and security audits.
Qualifications
