Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage IT asset inventory and ensure accurate tracking of hardware and software licenses.
- Document technical procedures and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for the support team.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement security patches and software updates.
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows and macOS).
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as IP addressing, DNS, and basic router configuration.
