Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations and peripherals.
- Manage IT asset inventory and perform regular updates.
- Assist in the deployment of new software and security patches.
Qualifications
