Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot & Resolve: Assist users with hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and network connectivity.
- Ticket Management: Log and manage help desk tickets accurately using our ticketing system.
- Hardware Setup: Deploy new workstations, configure devices, and ensure proper asset tagging.
- User Support: Provide excellent customer service and training to employees on IT policies and software tools.
- System Maintenance: Monitor system performance and perform routine updates and backups.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required, but internship or academic projects are highly valued.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems; familiarity with MS Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a patient, helpful attitude.
- Availability: Must be able to work on-site in Oklahoma City.
